By accessing or using the Services provided by AIVM Link, LLC (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• Pre‑orders and tiers (with pre‑launch discounts and exclusive items).
• Card claim codes and points system (earn points, spend in store).
• Affiliate referrals subject to program rules.
• Lore, heroes, and other game content on the site.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Services. If you create an account on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or risk to others.

• Prices, discounts, and availability may change. Pre‑launch discounts apply only during the indicated period.
• Payments are processed by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees; delays may occur.
• Taxes, shipping, and fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and to limit quantities.

• Claim codes are one‑time use and may be void if altered, sold, or obtained fraudulently.
• Points have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may be modified, capped, or discontinued at our discretion.
• We may revoke points or benefits issued in error or obtained through abuse.

Participation is optional and subject to separate program rules. We may audit referral activity, and we may suspend or terminate participation for suspected abuse.

• Do not use the Services for illegal activity, infringement, or harassment.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, or abuse the points/affiliate systems.
• Do not scrape or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.

The Services, game content, artwork, and trademarks are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

If you submit user content (e.g., feedback, fan art, card identifications), you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or part) and may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your governing law state/country], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@rylio.game (TODO: update).
