How to Play

Rylio is a dark-fantasy card RPG where you explore floating worlds, build engines, and complete quests. Here's how to get started:

Quick Start (5 steps)

Choose Heroes. Core box: 2 fixed heroes (Deluxe: all 4). Take each hero's starting cards.

Build the World. Place the Quest card stack and reveal the starting World/Terrain card.

Deal Starting Hands. Shuffle hero decks. Draw 5. Place tokens within reach (Time, Mana, Stamina, Spoils, XP, Damage, Durability; status: Stun/Critical/Miss).

Set Time. Put Time tokens equal to the quest's budget in the pool.

Begin. First player takes a turn. Follow the Turn Structure.
